Key Account Manager

Location:
Home Office, ideally Stockholm area


Position Description:

Sales Primary responsibility is to sell the company’s products or services in the field. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrates and quotes appropriate customer prices. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of customer’s business and product requirements is necessary. Interfaces with appropriate internal departments (engineering, customer service, marketing, operations, purchasing, etc.) as needed.

KAM Candidate will provide Key Account management for Ericsson EMEA. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for interfacing with this key account from Engineer through management levels. Duties include salesmanship, develop and implement account strategy, coordinate with other KAM in NA and APAC.

RSM Develop the Nordic sales region, meeting with existing customers for development opportunities as well as meeting with new customers for business development and discovery. You will be setting regional and specific account strategies, budgeting, identifying opportunities, forecasting, coordinating technical support, and supporting any other activities necessary to grow the business and build customer relationships with the territory.


Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or appropriate field and typically at least seven years of progressive sales experience.

  • Analysis of RFQs and develop preliminary proposal plans: Works with others to identify technical requirements and identifies items, which need to be answered by designers and system engineers. Works with product management for pricing and the development of new products in response to RFQ. .
